Beetlejuice: I think it was Dostoyevsky who said
Tale
After a family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her teenage daughter Astrid accidentally opens a portal to the afterlife. Jenna Ortega, Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara, Justin Theroux, and Monica Bellucci share why filming Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice was an experience they’ll never forget. Tim Burton said that this film would only be made if Michael Keaton returned to reprise his role. Keaton said in March 2014 that this was the only sequel he was interested in. The film refers to a “French physicist”; Maria Sklodowska-Curie; in fact, she is one of the most famous Polish women scientists in history, often considered second only to Copernicus. Later, shit..
SPOILER: The ending credits Bob Skinner, who died in the movie

CastKeaton, Ryder and O’Hara will unfortunately return, Baldwin & Davis didn’t. However, for the record, I fully understand Burton’s reasons for not including them. In addition, the always excellent Ortega, Dafoe, Theroux and Bellucci are also on the way, although she is absolutely unnecessary here.
Would the characters last?
Devito gives us an unforgettable cameo appearance and Burn Gorman gives us a few scenes. VerdictBeetlejuice 2 is one of those sequels that people have talked about for decades, including countless rumors, fake news, and even fan-made trailers, but I didn’t expect it to ever actually happen. When the trailer dropped, it was official, undeniable, and I was both excited and hesitant. You see I’m of the generation that saw the original movie when it first came out and loved it, but 36 years later I got the sequel! Could it live up to expectations? Well, the answer is very mixed. For three and a half decades, it made sense that it needed to be done hard on nostalgia.
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice surprised me by how little it accomplished
Yes, there are nods here and there, yes, there are returning scenes, and yes, there is a certain song that returns, but for the most part, they are really making a movie for a new generation that probably hasn’t seen the original any more than Beetlejuice fans and I personally are. they did not appreciate and we considered it an incomprehensible choice. Next in the cast, Keaton as Beetlejuice didn’t feel the same, I’m not sure if it was him or the writer, but he wasn’t the captivating character we love and know from the 80’s. Lydia? Ryder delivered and was fantastic, it was a great comeback. O'Hara was very Delia again, but we remember that Delia is a deeply annoying character, right? So that much screen time compared to the original movie was definitely not good.
well, she was there
Theroux was excellent, Ortega was brilliant, Dafoe was his usual crazy self, and Bellucci was……. See, I love Bellucci, but she ended up being set up as the film’s antagonist, she’s barely on screen, she doesn’t contribute anything, and even the characters’ swan song is rushed and frankly awful. You can see that the plot is very tired and extremely generic. he needed that nostalgia, he needed Beetlejuice, neither of them have much. And when we have Beetlejuice scenes, they are very, very bland.
