In GUTTER, Walt (Shameik Moore) feels like he’s finally found home when he lands at AlleyCatz, a bar and shoe outlet at his local bowling alley. When the AlleyCatz are threatened with money problems, former pro bowler and reigning champion drinker Skunk (D’Arcy Carden) forces Walt to accept his role as the greatest to ever walk this earth. While the pro tour is dominated by Walt’s curiosity and playing style, his adversaries, including ratings-obsessed news anchor Angelo Powers and recently retired bowling legend Linda “The Crusher” Curzon (Susan Sarandon), keep Walt’s flame alive. the bright ex frantically tries to extinguish it.
