Siegel told Goldstein that they should have pitched it to Ford first, thinking he would immediately turn it down, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford had gotten the project, which would attract interest from other famous actors. Eventually, Goldstein spoke to Ford and convinced him to take the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince her, but he was very excited anyway. The characters develop a lot already in the first and second parts, the jokes are perfectly calculated and executed, and all the actors do an excellent job! This is one of the best Piolet episodes I’ve seen in a long time! Harrison Ford is amazing in his supporting role and Jason Segal is great as a flawed, damaged character trying to be a better man and father. This is one of the best shows I’ve seen lately! This show made me laugh like I haven’t laughed in a long time. As a psychology student, this show is hilarious, and as a theater student, I can appreciate how well the script flows. I don’t understand the negative reviews as this is one of my favorite shows after only two episodes. I hope the rest will be as good!!
